When I first began my search I tried another local firm for help. They only saw the obstacles. I reached out to Adeana who upon hearing my requirements said “Let me look and I’ll be back to you!” She presented options and then assisted with the entire process. She found exactly what I was searching for and delivered professional and expert services from search through closing. I strongly recommend her to anyone buying, selling or renting. She’s a pro!

We met Adeana at an open house. That property was of no interest to us, however, she listened to what we were looking for and pointed us to a condo complex that suited our interests perfectly. She was very patient as she eventually showed us every listing in the De Le Bahia complex. Adeana did a good job of negotiating the contract once we made the offer. As with most real estate transactions, there were a few surprises / wrinkles but she kept the ball moving and we closed on the original date that was scheduled. Very good at returning calls, following up, etc. Professional and efficient.

This was probably one of the best experiences I could ever have hoped for. From the moment I had the pleasure of meeting Adeana she treated me and my property with great care. Without exaggerating, I was blown away. She helped me organize all the tasks needed to get my place ready to be rented. I was new to this entire experience and very nervous, but Adeana walked me through the entire process and took care of everything to get my property prepared. She was amazing in every way. My property had a renter lined up by the end of the first week. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. I can't say enough good things about Adeana and would recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor.

Adeana has made life a pleasure working with her as a property manager. I never have to worry or sweat about getting anything fixed or who I’m gonna call to do it. She works all hours of the day making sure her clients are not stressing over the little things in life like house repairs or even going out of her way to brush up on HOA guidelines for questions her clients may have. I can’t put into words exactly how much of a help she has been.
